Is there a cost to attend?
No. We will take a freewill offering to help cover the costs of the event, and credit card processing stations will be available. Funds are still needed to cover the costs for the event, and this event serves as a fundraiser to benefit the future mission and ministry of Lutheran Ministry Services Northwest. See this page for more information about event costs plus a link for online donations, or scroll to the bottom of this page for a button to donate now.
Will refreshments be available?
Yes. Light refreshments will be available inside Overlake Christian Church. We have also invited several food trucks to be on site (no host). At least one food truck will have bratwurst and other "Oktoberfest" cuisine. A dining area will be available inside the church.
What about parking?
Overlake Christian Church seats up to 5,000 guests, and a large parking lot is available adjacent to the building. Directions to Overlake Christian Church
